Summary of this year's emails!!

I must send my thanks to whoever sent me the one about poop in the glue on envelopes because I now have to use a wet towel with every envelope that needs sealing.
Also, now I have to scrub the top of every can I open for the same reason.
I no longer have any savings because I gave it to a sick girl (Penny Brown) who is about to die in the hospital for the 1,387,258th time.
I no longer have any money at all, but that will change once I receive the $15,000 that Bill Gates/Microsoft and AOL are sending me for participating in their special e-mail program.
I no longer worry about my soul because I have 363,214 angels looking out for me, and St. Theresa's novena has granted my every wish.
I no longer eat KFC because their chickens are actually horrible mutant freaks with no eyes or feathers.
I no longer use cancer-causing deodorants even though I smell like a water buffalo on a hot day.
Thanks to you, I have learned that my prayers only get answered if I forward an email to seven of my friends and make a wish within five minutes.
Because of your concern I no longer drink Coca Cola because it can remove toilet stains.
I no longer can buy gasoline without taking someone along to watch the car so a serial killer won't crawl in my back seat when I'm pumping gas.
I no longer drink Pepsi or Dr. Pepper since the people who make these products are atheists who refuse to put 'Under God' on their cans.
I no longer use Saran wrap in the microwave because it causes cancer.
And thanks for letting me know I can't boil a cup of water in the microwave anymore because it will blow up in my face...disfiguring me for life.
I no longer check the coin return on pay phones because I could be pricked with a needle infected with AIDS.
I no longer go to shopping malls because someone will drug me with a perfume sample and rob me.
I no longer receive packages from UPS or FedEx since they are actually Al Qaeda in disguise.
I no longer shop at Target since they are French and don't support our American troops or the Salvation Army! .
I no longer answer the phone because someone will ask me to dial a number for which I will get a phone bill with calls to Jamaica,Uganda, Singapore, and Uzbekistan.
I no longer buy expensive cookies from Neiman Marcus since I now have their recipe.
Thanks to you, I can't use any one's toilet but mine because a big brown African spider is lurking under the seat to cause me instant death when it bites my butt.
And thanks to your great advice, I can't ever pick up $5.00 I dropped in the parking lot because it probably was placed there by a sex molester waiting underneath my car to grab my leg.
I can no longer drive my car because I can't buy gas from certain gas companies!
If you don't send this e-mail to at least 144,000 people in the next 70 minutes, a large dove with diarrhea will land on your head at 5:00 PM this afternoon and the fleas from 12 camels will infest your back, causing you to grow a hairy hump. I know this will occur because it actually happened to a friend of my next door neighbor's ex-mother-in-law's second husband's cousin's beautician...Have a wonderful day....Oh, by the way.....A South American scientist from Argentina, after a lengthy study, has discovered that people with insufficient brain activity read their e-mail with their hand on the mouse.Don't bother taking it off now, it's too late.

Christmas roundup!

I can honestly say I am very excited for it to be over!! It was a success in our house, w/out sounding "braggish" Ethan was spoiled with more Lego's, arts & crafts and some "electronics" that he wanted and lots of wood/metal projects for him and his dad. Helps that my dad got him his own tools!! Jocelyn got a new baby (her name is Reilly) and she has her own stroller, playpen, swing, high chair and diaper bag.... so Joce is in LOVE! My dad sent her a pop up tent, I know your thinking "whats the big deal" the big deal is, it is HUGE! It fits around her bed...pictures do no justice!!! Thanks dad and Kathy!!! =)

I can't wait to start taking the Christmas stuff down and letting them make their way back up to the attic. This weekend the tree will be down, the decoration will be gone, the only thing that will be up is Ethan & Jocelyn's new Nativity Scene from their FL g-parents. But that is out of the way and not as big as a TREE! LOL!!

Jason spoiled me, I got all new cooking gadgets and a FONDUE set (ohh I wanted it so bad) I feel like I spoiled him as well.

I hope every ones Holidays were pleasant! Can't wait for the New Year to be here and 2 weeks later I will have a 2 yr old!! My baby girl!!! =-)

Having a day!

Did you ever just have one of those days were you want to cry.... really for no reason but you know you want too?

I woke up like that today, but went to bed like that last night...

LORD help me ... its gonna be a day!

I love what Jason does and I am proud of him in every way. I love living in a different state, it fun. BUT I miss my family, I miss Jason's family, I miss my friends, I miss my god-daughter, who I get to see what once a year. I miss seeing Kaylen and Ryan grown up. I miss everyone spending time with my kids.

This is definitely one of those "cons" on the list but I know its just because of the holidays and not being able to get away any time soon. This all started the other day when we (Jay and myself) tried to book a Disney vacation for the 4Th yr in a row. We realized that Feb was out, due to me. March was out, due to Jay, April...APRIL worked..so he went to work and NOOOOOO the next time he could take leave and actually leave island is ..... JULY! WHO THE FUCK wants to go to Disney in JULY! Not this Irish skin momma, I can tell you that. SO once again, we have to call Dawn & Aaron and tell them to have fun without us and hopefully in 09! I just want to be the 1st person to take my kids to Disney. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok ... that's it. I am not having a moment, time to shake it off, put back on my smile and go get ready for work, "Good Morning, Ryder Electric, This is Elizabeth, how can I help you" =)

Flying Santa:
Friends of Flying Santa, Inc. was formed in 1997 to help ensure the future of the annual Christmas flights to New England lighthouses. The aerial visits of Flying Santa to lighthouses and lifesaving stations have been a New England tradition since 1929. Capt. William Wincapaw of Friendship, Maine - an aviation pioneer - began the flights as a gesture of recognition to the dedicated lighthouse keepers and their families as well as the crews of the lifesaving stations. Capt. Wincapaw and his son, Bill, Jr., continued the flights for close to two decades. The father and son team eventually recruited legendary author and historian Edward Rowe Snow to assist them with their expanding list of lights and boat stations. After Capt. Wincapaw's passing in 1947, the mantle was passed to Mr. Snow, who faithfully carried on the tradition for over four decades. With the help of his wife Anna-Myrle and their daughter, Dolly, the isolated residents of lighthouses throughout North America continued to receive visits from the "aerial St. Nick"
Today, through fund-raising and public outreach, the Friends work to continue the flights and carry on this gesture of gratitiude to the men, women and families of the United States Coast Guard who keep watch over our coastal waters. Thousands of hours are volunteered each year to ensure the success of our helicopter flights which now encompass over 33 stops including 45 Coast Guard units from Maine to New York.
Friends of Flying Santa remains committed to bringing this annual gift of holiday cheer to the families of the United States Coast Guard here in New England. With the establishment of our scholarship program for Coast Guard dependents, our mission continues to grow. As long as there are boat station crews, aids to navigation teams and other units serving to keep our waters safe, we will do our part to remind them of how much their work is appreciated.

Fast Forward to today: He came and our kids saw him. Ethan said he felt too big to sit on Santa's lap and Jocelyn wanted NOTHING to do with him, she kept yelling "no HO HO!" =)

Ethan's birthday week extravaganza!!

Well our baby boy turned 8 on Nov.24th! I can't believe it...where did the time go. He is such a handsome independent little man. We started his week off with a family dinner, his choice, and he picked Baked Mac & Cheese, Ham and stewed Tomato's. We followed that with his special birthday cake, pineapple upside down cake. Our wonderful neighbors came over all baring gifts. We followed by having his birthday party this weekend. This weekend you say..oh because I planned the party to be on Saturday and on Saturday when we were getting ready his friends mom called and RSVP for the party on Sunday....I wrote the wrong date!!!! So now Ethan will have a party on Sat and Sun of this weekend....because his mom is an idiot...LOL! So we had a football theme this year...Steelers all they way. I made his cake, I know you can laugh... I never said I was a pastry chef! LOL! I tried...LOL!
