I can't even type it without smiling!! This year has been one of our toughest, with work and vacations. Jason has been so busy and short staffed that taking a vacation or even getting off the island hasn't happened since August.
The other day he said "We need a vacation" I couldn't believe my ears! It started out as an adult vacation, as in cruise. Then we moved to going to Mexico for a week. Then back to a cruise but this time with the kids, but have you priced the Disney Cruise OMG! Then when Jason saw the amount he said "We might as well just go to Disney"
A weekend later, we are booked!! Dawn and Aaron are joining us. It is going to be SO much fun!! November in Florida!! So super siked!!
Maybe I can get my wonderful in laws to meet us up there for dinner or a day in the park with the kids.....

Best weekend ever!
Let me just start off my saying I love my birthday but HATE surprises!! I am not one of those girls who "hate" surprises, I truely hate them!
So let me tell you about my weekend: My cousin, best friend and the sister I always needed came up to visit for the weekend with her family. So that started off my exciting weekend.
Jason had asked me to get off of work on Saturday so that he could take me to dinner since I work a double on my birthday. So we planned on dinner with the four of us.
We go to the resturant and our friend is the manager and she greets us and goes to seat us and walks us around the corner where all my friends are waiting in the wings and yell "surprise"
I was truely surprised! 18 of them. Christy & Brian, Warren & Lauren, Stef & Shane, Stef & Sy, Dawn & Aaron, Hase, Emily, Keisha, Shannon & Blake, Jen & Nadav, Sarah & Jesse and a few extras. We had a sit down dinner. It was so nice. I got some great gifts. Stef & Shane .. OH they made me this shelf with hooks, its beautiful! LOVE IT. Christy & Brian spoiled me with gift cards and lotions and candles (Lily scented, so I have my own Lily) Besides getting presents which they didn't have to get, it was so nice to have all of them together! We went to the Crown afterwards to party it up! LOL!
The next night I had planned to have everyone over for dinner : BBQ themed. Everyone brings a side and let me just say it was SO GOOD!
Then just to spend the rest of the weekend with Dawn, Aaron and the kids was awesome.
THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO CAME AND HELPED! I love you all!!!
